Return Policy for Online Purchases:

All items purchased online are returnable for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase date, provided merchandise is returned in original, unworn condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

All items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date. We are happy to help you with exchanges. If you need a different size simply send back the jewelry, include a copy of the receipt so we can reference your order, and indicate what size you would like in exchange. We charge $8 for re-shipping. This can be included with your exchange item back to us, as check or cash.

Shipping Info: 

We use U.S. Postal Service to ship, and all packages are insured. At checkout time, you have three shipping options to choose from: Standard, Priority, or Overnight. Standard shipping takes between 2 and 7 days, depending on where in the country it is going. Priority packages arrive between 1 and 3 days from ship date, and Overnight packages will arrive next day if your order is placed before 3 pm EST. Overnight shipping is available ONLY during the weekdays of Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed for overnight delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or on Monday, will be shipped Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. We work hard to fill your orders- most are filled and shipped the day you place them, if not, the next day.
