Return Policy for Online Purchases:

All items purchased online are returnable for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided merchandise is returned in original, unworn condition.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Exchanges: 

We are happy to help you with exchanges.  If you need a different size, simply send back the jewelry, include a copy of the receipt so we can reference your order, and indicate what size you would like in exchange.  We charge $8 for re-shipping.  This can be included with your exchange item back to us, or you may indicate to charge your card for this fee.  All exchanges must be sent back within 30 days. 

Shipping Info: 

We use U.S. Postal Service to ship, and all packages are insured.  At checkout time, you have three shipping options to choose from:  Standard, Priority, or Overnight.   Standard shipping takes between 2 and 7 days, depending on where in the country it is going.  Priority packages arrive between 1 and 3 days from ship date, and Overnight packages will arrive next day if your order is placed before 3 pm EST.  Overnight orders placed on Saturday must come in before 12 noon EST.  Any overnight orders placed late in the day on Saturday, or on Sunday, will ship out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.  We work hard to fill your orders- most are filled and shipped the day you place them, if not, the next day.
